SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver
Irish Musk delivers within the Republic of Ireland only. All orders are dispatched from Cork using An Post.

Delivery rates
An Post Standard: €5.99
Free delivery on orders of €75 or more
Rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by An Post and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your An Post tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Damaged or missing orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or your order does not arrive, contact us at info@irishmusk.com and we will investigate with An Post and put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
